Article 1 These standards are enacted pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Article 10 of the Charges and Fees Act.
Article 2 Applicants for the issuance, renewal, or reissuance of an Eco-Product Certificate shall pay a fee of NT$1,000 per application. Applicants for an electronic certificate shall pay a fee of NT$500 per application.
Article 3 The fees stipulated in the preceding article may not be returned after payment, with the exception of overpayment or erroneous payment, which may be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations in the Charges and Fees Act.
Article 4 These standards shall take effect on the date of promulgation.
