Article 9-1
Competent authorities at all levels may delegate their verification
work to be completed in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Article 26
of the Act to relevant management authorities (agencies), juridical
persons or groups within specific areas.
Article 12
Competent authorities at all levels that issue written notice
requiring improvements or corrections to be made within a limited
period in accordance with the Act shall produce separate disciplinary
citations.
The written notice stated in the preceding paragraph shall specify not
only the matters required in Paragraph 1 of Article 96 of the
Administrative Procedure Act, but also the following matters:
I. Matters to be improved or corrected.
II. Deadline for improvements or corrections.
III. Certification documents to be submitted upon completion of
improvements or corrections.
IV. Circumstances in which those that fail to complete improvements
or corrections by the deadline shall be fined consecutively per
violation or be issued consecutive daily fines.
V. Other matters provided by the competent authority.
