Article 1 These standards are enacted pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Article 10 of the
Charges and Fees Act.
Article 2 Eco-product certificate fees shall charge the items as follows:
1.The fee for new applications, re-applications and reissuance is NT$500.
2.The fee for changing any information on the certificate is NT$100.
Article 3 Applicants may not request the return of the certificate fee once it has been paid, but may apply for the return of excessive or erroneous payment
in accordance with Charges and Fees Act.
Article 4 These standards shall take effect on the date of promulgation.
