Article 1

      These Standards are determined pursuant to Article 63-1, Paragraph 2 of the Air Pollution Control Act (herein referred to as this Act).

 

Article 2

Users or owners of motor vehicles who violate Article 34-1 of this Act shall be fined as follows:

I. Motorcycles: NT$1,500; those who have been ordered to make improvements but fail to do so may be fined an amount incrementally higher than the first fine amount per violation up to a maximum amount of NT$15,000.

II. Small vehicles: NT$3,000; those who have been ordered to make improvements but fail to do so may be fined an amount incrementally higher than the first fine amount per violation up to a maximum amount of NT$30,000.

III. Large vehicles: NT$5,000; those who have been ordered to make improvements but fail to do so may be fined an amount incrementally higher than the first fine amount per violation up to a maximum amount of NT$60,000.

 

Article 3

These Regulations shall take effect on March 1, 2012.
